The independent psychological review is for individual difficult cases that require a high level of intervention and assessment. This assessment can be used for sensitive and long term or intricate absence cases that seem to have no end in sight.

We work with a national network of psychologists and Cognitive Behaviour Therapists to assess the employee and make recommendations to the management team.

This is a highly tailored service for each case and offers a bespoke way out for long-term protracted cases.
