Occupational Health Assessment

Independent Medical Review. This is usually associated with Sickness and Absence of an employee over the longer term. We consider long term 4 weeks absence as we know that we get earlier return to work results with an early referral.

A consent form will be sent to the employee, along with details of the proposed appointment details to see the Occupational Health Professional.

If necessary a GP report will be obtained to assist with the review.

A medical review will be conducted by one of our 160 qualified and experienced Occupational Health doctors, across the UK. A copy of the detailed clinical notes are then submitted to our centrally located Clinical Management Team, where one of our Physicians will thoroughly review the case and compile a concise report for the referring manager.

This service ensures a consistent level of delivery and enables clients to develop relationships with a centrally based, named contact.

The total cost of the referral is £383 + vat
